In 1907, the Giraudi pastry shop expanded with the opening of a flour mill and a furnace for bread making. From these
humble beginnings a process of continuous evolution began with this tiny pastry shop until the introduction of the
manufacture of chocolate - destined to become the keystone of the Giraudi Pastry shop.

In 1982 Giacomo Boidi begins to learn the chocolate trade under the guide of his two uncles, Giovanni Batiste Giraudi
(Chocolatier), and Paolino Boidi (Pastry Chef). These two great figures transmit the passion for a job that is nearly an
art, and thanks to this Giacomo begins to introduce their fine chocolates in Italy and to the World.

And it is the passion that has transformed this small handicraft company in one splendid truth by now known in Italy
and to the World. That they produce the finest of Italian Chocolates & and now you can enjoy them also as World Wide

Guido Gobino Chocolates & Chocolate Bars

The laboratory, located in Via Cagliari and founded by Mr Musso, was born as a production lab of Chocolate and
Sweets. In 1964 Giuseppe Gobino, thanks to the experience acquired since 1950 in the field of Cocoa refining, entered
the society as person in charge of the production and, in 1980, became the only owner.

In that way, a deep process of specialization in the field of chocolate was started, which privileged the research on
typical Turinese products such as Giandujotto, Gianduja spreading cream and Hazelnut Chocolate.

The family tradition goes on with Guido Gobino, who, in 1985, joined the company and promoted a renewal of the
production processes, in accordance with the old Turinese recipes. In 2003 the shop was completely renewed.

If you taste our products, you will certainly observe the continuity of Turinese Chocolate Tradition and the handicraft
peculiarity.

Cuba Venchi Chocolates & Chocolate Bars

Established in 1878 by Silvano Venchi, this small company came by its fame through a candy made of ground and
candied hazelnuts, covered with chocolate known as “nougatine”.  

Later they merged with another traditional Piedmont chocolate maker by the name of “Cuba”.  

Cuba is renowned for his Rum Cuneesi chocolates which are large chocolates filled with a rum and chocolate paste.  

Today, they are a small company who favor traditional recipes following strict principles of quality, freshness,
specialization, and culture to produce their 250 different products.
