This Limited Edition Chocolate is made from Trintarios, a variety of cocoa bean that started near Grenada, this chocolate starts sweet and opens up to a lightly roasted cocoa note with hints of malt. It has a crisp bittersweet chocolate finish. In short ,a classic bittersweet chocolate. The cocoa beans for these chocolates were harvested and made into chocolate in 2007. Each bar has a Limited Production number. |
