Made from the Java whites, a variety of Criollo cocoa bean unique to Java, this chocolate is full of subtle flavor. Smooth on the palate, caramel flavors come first, then the hints of toasted marshmallow and banana on the finish. The cocoa beans for these chocolates were harvested and made into chocolate in 2007. Each bar has a Limited Production number. |
