From the "Los Ancones" plantation on the Santo Domingo island, the selected cocoa beans were roasted and ground into fragments. Each fragment was then coated, according to the traditional method, in Dark Chocolate. This surprising marriage brings the raw material (cocoa) and the finished product (chocolate). Made in France |
