Since 1840, this trinitario-type cacao has been cultivated in our plantation Hacienda San José. Carúpano is the historic name of cocoa from the eastern part of Venezuela. It reveals aromatic notes of nuts, black pepper, grasslands and woods. It has a low acidity, a nice smoothness and a very long finish. Made in Italy. |
