Hi All,
As we transition from summer to fall here in New Hampshire, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your business throughout the busy summer months! As you might imagine, shipping chocolate year-round, all over these great United States, poses some logistic and geographic challenges with regard to temperature. I’m happy to report that we’re finally experiencing more “seasonal” weather, so we have changed our Warm Weather Packaging (WWP) default back to “No”. As many of you are aware, during warmer summer months we set our optional WWP fee default to “yes” on all orders. It is not required, as customers can certainly “opt out” if so desired, or if warranted by the items ordered like in the case of powders, which do not melt, but we do find it helpful to provide the built in reminder!
Then when the cooler months return, we set the default back to “no”, however, ultimately the decision always remains with you the buyer, we just try to offer insight to help ensure your product arrives in good order. We typically try to “switch back” around September 15th. But, warmer than usual temps this year have forced us to wait until October 1st. If you have any questions feel free to connect by email or phone, but we do suggest that visitors to our site familiarize themselves with our WWP policy to help determine if you should select WWP. Please feel free to use our WWP Temperature guide as a resource as well.
We are eagerly preparing for the busy fall ahead, we appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve your chocolate needs!
Cheers,
Craig
