Shipping Policies - New Shipping Criteria

When placing an order with World Wide Chocolate, you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions.

The Information We Collect
Please include as much address information as possible when shipping products, especially to commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product properly delivered.

*Note: If all address information is not provided and UPS charges us an Address Correction Fee ($5.00- 10.00) we reserve the right to charge this amount to you.

Timely Delivery
World Wide Chocolate makes every attempt to send out your order the same day or next day, however during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders.

We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. Please make sure if you are looking at a particular delivery date that it is included in the comment section, or better yet order early to have package arrive ahead of time! (Consult shipping chart below.)

Ensuring that your package arrives to you safely, we will ship on the next best business day. Orders placed at the end of the week may be shipped on the following Monday due to warm weather conditions.

International Shipping
At this time we do not ship to any international addresses including Canada.

Shipping to APO/FPO (Military and Diplomatic) Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal System at the rates charged for ground UPS shipping.

Shipping Cost
Shipping Costs are based on an average of the shipping costs over a particular geographic region and weight of package.

Warm Weather Shipping

When your package’s destination is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise that you select our Warm Weather Packaging, now available at checkout. This is to ensure safety during shipping from chocolate melting.

Warm weather packaging consists of an insulated container and reusable frozen gel-packs.

In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the summer months (May, June, July, August and September - or whenever temperatures exceed 70 degrees) to ship all of our packages with an insulated package and or suspend shipping until it is cooler and safer to ship the product.

When considering warm weather packaging, we ship from our warehouse in Brentwood, NH, (zip code 03833) & ship our products via USPS & UPS Ground dependent on the order size.
If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and the damage occurs (including melting) as the result of a delay, in claiming the package, World Wide Chocolate will not take responsibility.
If you choose to ship without warm weather packaging during anytime the temperatures exceed 70 degrees, we will not be accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year.

Track Your Order
