World Wide Chocolate’s Shipping Policy
The Information We Collect
Please include as much address information as possible when shipping products, especially to commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product properly delivered.
*Note: If all address information is not provided and/or is incorrect and the order is sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost to re-ship the order.
World Wide Chocolate makes every attempt to send out your order the next business day, however during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders. If a product is backordered or waiting on repackaging, you will be contacted via email.
We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. Please make sure if you are looking at a particular delivery date that it is included in the comment section, or better yet order early to have package arrive ahead of time.
Tracking information is emailed to you upon the order’s shipment, with the subject line, “Your World Wide Chocolate Order is Complete.”
At this time we do not ship to any international addresses.
Shipping to APO/FPO (Military and Diplomatic) Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal System; there is no extra charge for Military/Diplomatic addresses.
Shipping Costs are included in the product pricing, with an option for expedited shipping unless unavailable (i.e. COVID-19).
Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?
We try our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, so if you would like to amend or add to your order, please call us at (603) 942-6032 ASAP or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make the adjustment prior to shipment. If you request to cancel your order after it has shipped, we will issue you a return shipping label once the product is delivered to the received [your] shipping address. You can use the return shipping label on the same package your received the order in. Once the return labeled scanned in by the mailing service, you will receive credit (issued directly back to your CC or PayPal account), but we [WWC] uphold the right to deduct the return shipping cost for courtesy returns.
Orders tend to ship 1-3 business day(s) after the order has been received. If the order will be held up (repackaging, backorders, etc.) you will be contacted within 24-72h business hours of order placement with more detail.
If you wish to return your products, you must contact us within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) to receive a return shipping label, which can be used on the same shipping container the unopened product was received in. Your order will be credited upon WWC receiving it back in-house, with a deduction of the return-shipping cost.
If you choose to opt-out of warm weather packaging and the products melt in transit, WWC will not be accountable for any damaged/melted products. Shipping Chocolate in Heat
When your package’s destination is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise that you select our Warm Weather Packaging, now available at checkout. This is to ensure no chocolate products melt in transit when shipping pershiables to hot areas.
Warm weather packaging consists of an insulated shipping container and reusable frozen, reusable gel-packs (as needed).

When considering warm weather packaging, consider we ship from our warehouse in Brentwood, NH, (zip code 03833) & ship our products via USPS, FedEx 2-Day Express, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground & LTL dependending on the order size.
Typical shipments (from leaving our facility to arriving at your location) take 2-3 Business days, unless it is a larger order shipping ground to the Central/West-Coast states. This transit time takes 3-5 business days, but with WWP, we strategically ship to avoid “sitting” on a hot weekend day. Large ground shipments receive large, styrofoam-insulated shipping containers with plenty of frozen gel packs. The hottest area we have shipped to thus far was 119° with no meltage.
We offer a free gift note option at checkout, as well as a gift-wrap add-on. In the warmer months, please ensure the recipient is present and aware of the inbound container, as you do not want your perishable gift to sit in a hot mailbox all day and melt!
