Based in Liege, Belgium, Millésime is one of the few Belgian bean-to-bar workshops, specializing in single-origin chocolate blends from bean to bar. Each of their cocoa vintages comes from a specific terrior, all with their own exclusive flavor profile. Similar to the wine-making world, Millésime’s aspirations include promoting naturing processes which flavors that change year-to-year while keeping the basic characteristics of each region/country.

Millésime only uses cocoa beans from environmentally friendly plantations that do not engage in intensive farming. All beans Millésime works with come from non-modified strains carrying ancestral genes of cocoa, ensuring the complete tracability from the beans to finished chocolate, and they only work with plantations that engage in sustainable agriculture.

Allez Belgian Chocolate

Excellent Chocolate from Excellent Sources

Belgium has a historical connection to cocoa production dating back to the 17th century, and today, Allez chocolates are a continuation of those deep traditions. The secret is a mixture of quality ingredients, expert processing, and a willingness to embrace innovation. Even though the European Union allows chocolate makers to substitute up to five percent of cocoa butter in their chocolate with other vegetable fats such as palm oil or Shea butter, the Belgian chocolate makers at Allez pride themselves on using 100% cocoa butter to enhance the quality and smoothness of our products. Their chocolate is produced in chip form to make it easier to temper in applications like mousses, ganache, and cookies.

MoMe Hot Chocolate Sticks

Premium Belgian Drinking Chocolate

Sheer heaven on a stick! Hot Chocolate Sticks, the perfect creation for all those out there who love real hot chocolate, was created in early 2004. As with most great ideas, the concept is simplicity itself: a wooden stick with a block of real Belgian chocolate on the end. Stir for a minute in a mug of hot milk (175°F) and there you have it – rich hot chocolate, with the best taste you could wish for.

What is it that distinguishes Belgian chocolate? The secret lies in using only the finest quality ingredients and relying on their tried-and-true traditional recipes that have been carefully refined by skilled chocolatiers. These recipes and techniques are in many instances over one hundred years old and are heavily guarded with few people having access to them. World Wide Chocolate is pleased to offer some of the most famous global Belgium chocolate brands, including Callebaut, Cote d’Or, Belcolade, Nirvana, Dolfin, Millesime, Mona Lisa, Hand Off My Chocolate, and more.

There are many types of Belgian chocolates and we have many of them right here in our grand assortment. You will discover everything from pralines and truffles to fruit, solid chocolate squares and bars, gift boxes, specialty items and cream and caramel filled treats.

In addition to spoiling your own taste buds, why not share with others? Chocolate always makes a welcoming gift, and when you present someone with delicacies from Belgium, it will always make a great impression. For your convenience, we have assembled gift baskets filled with a savory assortment of Belgian chocolates from some of our favorite brands. We also have boxes of chocolate filled with a mixed variety of Belgian truffles and pralines. They make great hostess gifts, thank you gifts, birthday gifts and a way to treat a chocolate lover.

In addition to offering Belgian chocolate that you can nibble on whenever you have a craving, we have blocks and discs of chocolate that can be used for baking. Elevate cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries, cakes and more to blue-ribbon worthy status when you include Belgian chocolate as one of your ingredients.
