Description
Behind this organic chocolate bar lies the effort of many cooperatives committed to preserved biodiversity and improve the quality of Brazilian cocoa. This blend is made from cacao selected from 17 family-run farms located along the Xingu river, in the Amazon area of Brazil. The farmers in the Central Organic Cooperative are supported by the Goût de la Forêt program, set up in 2015 with the aim of preserving biodiversity and improving the quality of the cacao varieties in the area. A scent of leather and aromatic notes of spices and herbs is found in this blend, alongside low astringency and acidity which accompanies you throughout the tasting.
